- Counter arguments
- Ask questions
- Top clients
We need to be able to learn skills of
- communicate clearly (Opposite: Nervousness-talk too much)
- listen (Opposite: Lack of confidence)
- ask questions (Opposite: Lack of energy)
- to pause and think about (Opposite: Defense mechanism)
But most of the important, we should learn the different cultures from different customers!
